Other sorbent brand products on the market are non-biodegradable polypropylene-based — single use plastic which is made using traditional manufacturing processes that cause land and water pollution.

Green Boom has earned certifications from the USDA, EPA, TUV and Nigerian Governments.
We have received certification from the USDA in the U.S. and TUV in Europe confirming our all-natural composition. These certifications help develop and expand biobased product markets and support the farms in our communities where we make our products.
We have also received technical approvals, like EPA and NOSDRA, allowing the use of our sorbents in the critical application of oil spill cleanup. Contact us if there are certifications needed in your market.

CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Sudhir Sharma, PhD
Sudhir is the Co-Founder & CEO of Green Boom Corp. After witnessing the devastating effect oil spills have on the environment, he sought a better and greener clean up solution. Sudhir has published multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles with numerous collaborations and has won awards for his research and conference presentations. Sudhir holds an MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He also earned a B.E. with First Class Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
